I should have thought of this before, but now I'm faced with a dilemma. My new book, Girl of My Dreams, a romantic comedy about a straitlaced assistant who turns vamp in a reality show to save a dying studio, is just out at www.hardshell.com and www.amazon.com.

If you'd like, check out the RSS feed from my blog group, bottom left column, about the Friends of the Library Sale last Friday. Maybe you've experienced similar moments.

Also, if you'd like, send me out a friend request. I'm way over my limit of friend requests which I'd sent out ages ago before the limit turned to 100. It takes forever to get rid of them and almost 2000 just takes too long!

Is anyone out there showing YouTube videos on a public-facing TV screen? We have two big flat screen HDTVs in our system, and currently use them to display powerpoint presentations with info about library programs and services. I would love to show some of those great library YouTube videos on them also, but am not sure about the "permission" thing. I know I can't download from YouTube, but if we have a live connection, and just play them from a playlist, is that OK? All ideas and advice welcome… Continue
