Here are some topics: the portuguese flag is green (hope) and red (blood, fight, victory). In the center is the circles of the esphere, symbol of the portuguese colonial impire and discoveries of new continents. At last, 7 castles (conquests) and 5 shields disposed in cross (military and religious protections).
